Loti Labs Review: Are They Trustworthy?
Loti Labs is a Florida-based peptide vendor that’s been around for about a decade. They sell peptides in both powder and liquid form, along with SARMs, PCT supplements, and a handful of other research compounds. They ship domestically through USPS and offer international shipping to Canada and select other countries.
On paper, they check a lot of boxes. Third-party testing claims. Same-day shipping on orders placed before 1pm EST. Multiple payment options. A satisfaction guarantee.
But I’ve been in the peptide industry for over 10 years, and I’ve learned that what a company puts on their website and what actually shows up at your door can be two very different things. So let me give you the full picture on Loti Labs — the good, the bad, and where I think your money is better spent.

What Loti Labs Sells
Their product line covers the popular peptides most people are looking for. BPC-157, TB-500, Melanotan 2, Ipamorelin, PT-141, Epithalon, and a range of growth hormone secretagogues. They also carry SARMs like Ostarine, and some nootropics and PCT compounds.
The selection is decent. Not the widest I’ve seen, but it covers the staples. If you’re running a basic BPC-157 or TB-500 protocol, they have what you need. They offer both lyophilized powder and pre-mixed liquid solutions, which some people prefer for convenience.
The Testing Question
Loti Labs claims third-party testing on every batch. They publish certificates of analysis on their website that include mass spectrometry and UV analysis, with reported purity levels at or above 99%.
That sounds great. But here’s where it gets murkier.
Independent reviewers, including peptides.org, have noted that Loti Labs’ testing protocols are not the highest standard available. Mass spec and UV are useful, but they’re not as comprehensive as full HPLC analysis with detailed impurity profiling. They tell you what’s in the vial, but they don’t give you the complete picture on what else might be in there.
There are also transparency gaps around their manufacturing. They’ve stated they work with facilities in the Northeastern U.S. and Toronto, Canada, but they don’t name the specific manufacturers. In an industry where you’re trusting a company with what goes into your body, that level of vagueness raises questions.
And then there’s the forum noise. At least one user on Peptide Source Forum posted “NO PEPTIDE FOUND IN PRODUCTS! BUYER BEWARE!” — which, if accurate, is a serious red flag. Now, one forum post doesn’t make a pattern. But combined with the testing gaps and transparency issues, it adds to a picture where you can’t be 100% sure of what you’re getting.
Pricing: You’re Paying a Premium
Loti Labs is not cheap. Multiple community members across forums like GLP-1 Forum have called them out as overpriced relative to what you get. When you compare their per-milligram pricing to other reputable vendors, you’re often paying a significant markup.
They do run periodic promotions — buy 2 get 1 free deals, newsletter discount codes, and bulk pricing breaks. But even with discounts factored in, the base pricing sits above market average.
If the quality was verifiably best-in-class, a premium price might be justified. But given the testing standard concerns and the transparency gaps, you’re paying top dollar without top-tier assurance. That math doesn’t work for me.
Shipping and Customer Service
This is where Loti Labs actually does well. Same-day shipping on orders placed before 1pm EST is a real benefit. They use USPS for domestic orders and provide tracking. Most customers report fast delivery within a few business days.
Customer service reviews are generally positive. People report responsive, helpful support when they have issues. This is one area where Loti Labs holds up under scrutiny.
Their returns policy is more limited than it first appears though. The satisfaction guarantee only applies to unopened products, which means if you open a vial and find it underperforming, you’re out of luck. That’s a common policy in the industry, but it’s worth knowing before you buy.
Payment Options
Loti Labs accepts credit cards through a third-party processor with a $1,000 purchase limit, along with ACH/eCheck and cryptocurrency. They’ve historically pushed customers toward crypto for larger orders.
The credit card processing through a third-party platform is standard in this industry, but the purchase limit can be inconvenient if you’re placing a larger order. Payment method limitations aren’t disclosed until checkout, which is a minor frustration in the ordering experience.
The Verdict on Loti Labs
Loti Labs isn’t a scam. They’re a real company that’s been operating for years, they ship product, and their customer service is responsive. I want to be fair about that.
But “not a scam” is a low bar. When I evaluate a peptide supplier, I’m looking at testing rigor, manufacturing transparency, price-to-quality ratio, and community trust. And on those metrics, Loti Labs has gaps that I can’t ignore.
The testing isn’t the most comprehensive standard available. The manufacturing transparency is vague. The pricing is above average without justification. And the mixed community feedback, including reports of products with no active peptide, makes it hard to recommend them with confidence.

Demand comprehensive third-party testing. Mass spec alone isn’t enough. You want HPLC purity analysis from an independent lab, tied to the specific batch you’re buying.

Check community feedback beyond the company’s own site. Look at Reddit, peptide forums, and communities where real users share experiences over time. Five-star reviews on a company’s homepage mean nothing.
Evaluate shipping practices. Peptides are fragile. Look for a supplier that ships promptly with proper packaging and doesn’t let your order sit in a warehouse for a week before sending it out.
Compare price per milligram, not just sticker price. A cheaper vial with lower purity or degraded product from poor shipping is more expensive in the long run than paying fair price for something that actually works.
Bottom Line
Loti Labs is a real company with some strengths, particularly in shipping speed and customer service. But the testing gaps, pricing premium, and transparency concerns put them below the top tier of peptide suppliers in my evaluation.
